Accounts Administrator
Position Overview:
MediCross Urgent Care & GP Centre is seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Administrator to oversee financial and administrative tasks within the organisation. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate record-keeping, timely processing of financial transactions, and efficient administrative support, contributing to the smooth running of the finance and accounts department.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update financial records, including invoices, receipts, and expense reports.

Process Payroll

Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely payments.

Reconcile bank statements and manage petty cash.

Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.

Handle monthly and yearly financial close processes.

Input, update, and manage accounting data using relevant accounting software, Xero
-
Ensure compliance with data entry accuracy and financial reporting standards.

Manage and organize financial correspondence and documentation.

Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, invoices, and statements.

Coordinate with other departments regarding billing and financial inquiries.

Liaise with vendors, clients, and financial institutions as needed.

Address and resolve discrepancies in financial accounts or billing inquiries promptly.
What we're looking for

Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, with advanced skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Strong organisational and multitasking skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.

Knowledge of financial regulations and basic tax principles.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Part-time position with standard office hours.

May involve occasional overtime during financial year-end periods.

Salary negotiable based on experience.
