About MediCross

We are an Urgent Care and multi-doctor General Practice Centre providing caring and professional health care to the people of New Plymouth and beyond.

We have a broad range of Family Medical and Specialist services along with on-site X-ray facilities.

Our extended opening hours (8am - 8pm, 7 days, including all statutory holidays) and walk-in clinic allow easy access for your convenience as well as urgent medical care.

Our purpose is to provide for, maintain and to promote happy, healthy people.

Urgent Care

MediCross is a 12 hour, 7 days a week Urgent Care Centre located at 8 Egmont Street, New Plymouth Taranaki.

GP Services

MediCross General Practice Centre provides all routine GP services for their registered patients.

Radiology / X-ray Clinic

Our X-ray Clinic operates ALL 7 days:

Monday - Sunday, 9.00am - 5.30pm

Walk-ins available.

Prescriptions

Prescriptions are important documents which can only be provided by qualified professionals.

Travel Consultations

Our travel clinic offers advice and information about how to keep healthy whilst abroad.

MediCross Urgent Care & GP Centre is open from 8am to 8pm, seven days a week for all urgent medical care, including Public Holidays.

No appointments necessary.
